Since upgrading to Windows 10, when I plug it in, it is not displayed in device manager/explorer - there is no indication of it being recognized.The disc spins then settles. I have tried other USB ports.On Amazon I read of one customer saying they had to 'roll back to Win-7 then uninstall drivers then upgrade to Win-10 then reinstall drivers'. Please say this isn't the solution as there is no way I would be able to do this even if I had the time.Thank you anyone in advance for your support!
